Each plush toy is entirely handmade in our workshop in France. We use high-end materials, including quality faux fur and an articulated metal skeleton to offer exceptional realism and posability. Our creations are unique and designed with care, passion, and attention to detail.

🧵 Can I order a custom plush toy?

Yes, we offer custom creations according to your wishes: a realistic plush toy of your pet, choice of colors, size, etc. Contact us via the contact form or by email to discuss your project.

⏱ What are the manufacturing and delivery times?

Plush toys available in the shop are shipped within 1 business day.
For custom orders, manufacturing time can vary from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the creation.
We ship in France and internationally with tracking.

📦 What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the checkout stage according to your address. We sometimes offer free delivery during special promotions. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

🧼 How do I care for my realistic plush toy?

Our plush toys are not machine washable. To care for them:

• Use a soft brush to care for the faux fur.

• Avoid humidity, heat sources, and direct sunlight.

• In case of a light stain, dab with a clean, damp cloth (do not rub).

👶 Are these plush toys suitable for children?

Our creations are primarily intended for decorative or collection use. Due to the presence of articulated metal parts inside, they are not suitable for young children (under 8 years old).

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we can carefully wrap your order in a nice package, accompanied by a small personalized note. Just ask us.
